Introduction

Pentravel, a division of Cullinan Holdings, a leading Leisure Travel and Tourism company, is seeking dynamic Sales and target Driven, customer-oriented Travel Consultants to join their teams throughout South Africa - including Pietermaritzburg, The Western cape, KZN, Johannesburg, Pretoria, George and Gqeberha.

As a Pentravel Travel Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and expert advise to travellers, by creating bespoke travel itineraries and booking all components of their trips.

If you have excellent Sales and all round communication skills, have the drive and determination to reach and exceed monthly sales targets, work well under pressure, and have an absolute LOVE for all things Travel, then we want to hear from you.

You will need to be able to:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Design and sell customised travel itineraries that meet individual travel preferences, budgets and needs
Provide expert advice on both Domestic and International travel destinations, including visas and Travel Insurance
Maximize sales opportunities through up-selling, cross selling, and promoting our preferred partners
Excel in Sales and have experience with reaching and exceeding Targets - preferably within the Travel Industry
Maintain accurate records and client details using our own operational systems
Manage customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner
Keep up-to-date with industry trends

Desired Experience & Qualification

Do you have:

Strong sales and customer service skills
A minimum of 1 year in a sales and target driven role
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
The ability to work well under pressure whilst adhering to tight deadlines
Experience in an airline reservations system - preferably Amadeus
Good knowledge of popular travel destinations - local and International
The abilty to work weekends and public holidays (rostered) when needed
