Purpose of the position:
Providing superior service to internal and external clients. Selling value added products in order to retain existing clients and attract new business for the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Upselling a variety of products to existing clients
Maintaining quality standards in line with King Price's values
Assisting with client queries and updates
Requirements:
Matric or matric equivalent (essential)
RE5 (essential)
Full FAIS Qualification (advantageous)
Previous call centre experience, preferably in client care and/or sales environments (essential)
Excellent product knowledge
