Key Responsibilities
Digital
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Measure and analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on the company's various social media pages (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Monitoring and updating pages on Google
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital and social media, design tools and applications
Perform regular updates to website pages through an internal system and WordPress
Write creative and insightful copy optimized for the relevant platform and SEO optimized where possible
Launching and optimising PPC campaigns
Monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform account
Tracking KPIs and producing insightful reports
Social
Plan and execute social media organic and paid campaigns
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Build and maintain the company's social media presence
Measure and analyze performance of social media campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign spend and performance based on the insights
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Manage budgets allocated to marketing campaigns
Ensure agent's social media content is consistent, relevant and appropriate in design across all company platforms
Provide weekly training to agents and teach them how to optimize their social media presence in their hyperlocal area.
Design
Collaborate with internal teams to create unique marketing collateral
Amend and populate templates
Create, manage, and produces digital design solutions for a variety of uses
Education & Experience
Diploma in Marketing
Some Agency experience would be advantageous, and should ideally have experience with creative work and processes required to create category defining work.
At least three (3) years' experience in a similar role
Previous experience working in a tech start-up would be a clear advantage
Proven experience working in omni-channel environment with a digital flair
Extensive experience in Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other digital interfaces
Solid experience and appreciation for conventional marketing
