Requirements
Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Demonstrable experience in managing customer relationships and resolving conflicts.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology is preferred.
Proficient in using computer software and systems for scheduling and record-keeping purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive service or repair environments is a plus.
Certification from an automotive technical school or relevant courses is desirable.
Knowledge of service department operations and related processes is advantageous.
