About the Role
The Technician position is crucial for maintaining and troubleshooting technical systems and equipment within the organization. You will focus on ensuring optimal performance, conducting repairs, and providing support across various technical domains, enhancing operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on technical equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware and software, providing timely resolution to maintain system integrity.
Install and configure new systems, software, and equipment according to established protocols and standards.
Assist in the setup and support of users, addressing technical queries and providing guidance on system functionalities.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, service records, and inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements to existing technologies.

Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a technical support or technician role, with a solid understanding of relevant systems and equipment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical problems in both hardware and software environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Familiarity with various operating systems, network configurations, and standard software applications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner.
A valid driver's license may be required for on-site visits to client locations or remote sites.
