We're looking for a Business Software Consultant to join our team and work with clients to implement, configure and support Umbrella Software. This is a varied role that combines business analysis, software consulting, customer training and ongoing customer support.
If you're equally comfortable understanding a client's business processes as you are configuring software and training users, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
Using the power and tools of the Umbrella software system you will be:
- Working with clients to understand their business requirements.
- Configuring and implementing Umbrella Software solutions.
- Training users and providing ongoing customer support.
- Investigating and resolving software issues.
- Building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Helping businesses improve their processes through practical software solutions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- A good understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP or business management software.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- A passion for learning and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience using all Microsoft Office products.
Package & Remuneration
- This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
- Occasional travel to customer sites will be required for implementations, training, support and meetings.
- The successful candidate must have:
- A suitable home office.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- The ability and willingness to travel when required.
- A valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Monthly remuneration +/- R25,000.00 per month.
