Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional support for the FarEye platform, particularly related to user training and system navigation.
Assist operations and courier staff with PAXI parcel-related queries across the relevant systems.
Serve as the first point of contact for system-related issues arising during daily warehouse and courier operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within agreed timelines or escalate to second-level support or development teams as needed.
Monitor system performance and user activity during shifts to preempt or resolve issues.
Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and escalations using internal tracking tools.
Ensure alignment with operational processes and recommend improvements where system gaps are identified.
Collaborate with warehouse, courier, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and support.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
IT certification or related technical qualification (advantageous).
Experience:
2 + years' experience in a system support or warehouse logistics environment.
Experience with FarEye, or similar last-mile delivery systems is strongly preferred.
