Job Description
- Our client manufactures, supplies and converts containers for a variety of applications, and they have a vacancy available for a Sales Executive in the Spartan-Kempton Park area.
A brief description of the duties, responsibilities and functions will consist of, but are not limited to:
- Promotion of sales and rentals of the product, to meet budget expectations.
- Calculation and putting together conversion quotations. including conversion process
- Preparation and submission of quotations to existing and prospective clients.
- General market development, identifying potential new clients and making efforts to secure their business.
- Perform administrative functions to complete the sales cycle forecasting, reporting, data entry, correspondence.
- Build on the customer database within targeted market segments via, strategic visits, cold calling, prospecting, networking, email/e-marketing, or utilising Internet information sources.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities for current and future clients.
- Handling of daily administrative duties including, but not limited to, Credit Applications, Lease agreements, supplier orders and invoices.
- Coordination and implementation of basic maintenance and repairs of OFF-HIRE Containers. Rentals
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in a cross-functional team structure.
Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate
- Driver's Licence
- Computer Literate
- Well spoken, excellent communication skills
- Tertiary education would be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years sales’ experience
