Yvonne and Ntaas project is seeking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong administrative, communication, and computer skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for , but not limited:
• Office administration and coordination duties.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, Filing, record keeping, and document management.
• Dealing with queries via email, phone liasing with staff and suppliers
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,Powepoint).
• Employees certificates expiry tracking, managing training records and bookings.
• Compiling quotation and invoices
• Compiling and distributing reports as required.
• Providing administrative support, manage creditors and debtors payment
• Compile Safety Files
Minimum Requirements
Administration Diploma or similar
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
Drivers License
1-2 years previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,Power point)
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a busy office environment.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
