Job purpose:
- Responsible for ensuring that all assigned Areas and Branches within the Division, meet or exceed their key objectives, set budgets, and operate at optimum efficiency and productivity through the effective decision-making, management, and leadership of the Division and its staff, enabled by systems, policies, and procedures.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
- To drive, monitor, measure, report on, and meet all set targets and objectives.
- To influence positive engagement and ensure constructive, open communication lines between all Divisions, Areas, and Head Office.
- To be responsible for effective recruitment, selection, induction, training, performance management, coaching and adherence to all relevant SOP’s.
- Accountable for meeting the set daily and monthly performance requirements on collections and the full adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Drives the conscious adherence to the company's Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
Competency and qualification requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management
- 5+ years’ experience in Micro Finance
- Valid Driver’s License
- 5 years’ experience in senior management
- Computer literacy at an advanced level
