Due to our growth Helion Market Research Africa is seeking for a Quality and Project Administrator to join our Project Operations team.

This role within Helion Research will give you the opportunity to provide support and in so develop your project management skills and admin skills, and this within an international context across different industries.
The candidate MUST be a South African citizen.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Quality and Project Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Daily status updates on of multiple research projects:
- Handle and manage internal quality on multiple projects.
- Administration support on multiple projects.
- Management of clients queries
- Monitoring of fieldwork and data accuracy.
- Support the project management team on multiple projects.
The above tasks are executed through our software platforms, so an interest in & capability to work with different software tools and packages is required. Shopmetrics knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Background & Experience:
- Experience in and admin, quality or junior project support role is an advantage.
- An interest in & capability to work with different software tools.
- Very good proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience specifically within the Market Research industry would be an advantage.
