The Position: Project Co-ordinator
Due to our growth Helion Market Research Africa is seeking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Project Management team.
The Project Management team is dedicated to the development, roll-out and the final delivery of Mystery Shopping and Retail Audits.
This role within Helion Research will give you the opportunity to develop your project management skills, and this within an international context across different industries.
The candidate MUST be a South African citizen.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Project Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:
- Daily management of multiple research projects: project development, survey design, field preparation, follow-up of the execution, data cleaning & data analysis, reporting.
- Client communication during the course of the research projects.
- Questionnaire scripting & coding, development of support materials used in fieldwork, monitoring fieldwork and data accuracy.
- Client presentations & reports.
- Managing customer portfolio and research projects independently from A to Z.
The above tasks are executed through our software platforms, so an interest in & capability to work with different software tools and packages is required. Shopmetrics knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Background & Experience:
- Experience in Operational Project Management is an advantage.
- Experience in the domain of quantitative market research, project management experience and/or Mystery Shopping.
- An interest in & capability to work with different software tools and packages.
- Very good proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of SPSS or any other data analysis package is a plus
