Duties & Responsibilities
Special Requirements
- Conduct topographical surveys and site measurements to inform design and construction planning.
- Establish and maintain site control points and benchmarks for accurate setting out.
- Set out civil and mechanical works according to approved design drawings and specifications.
- Perform as-built surveys and prepare accurate as-built drawings for project handover.
- Verify levels, positions, and alignments for foundations, structures, cabling routes, and mechanical assemblies.
- Support the Construction Manager and engineers in interpreting and applying design data on site.
- Conduct daily checks on survey equipment, ensuring calibration and maintenance are up to date.
- Collaborate with quality teams to verify compliance with design tolerances and specifications.
- Document and record all survey data systematically, ensuring traceability and easy retrieval.
- Assist in measuring and validating quantities for progress claims and subcontractor payments.
- Identify and escalate site issues, deviations, or obstructions impacting setting out or construction accuracy.
- Work closely with civil, mechanical, electrical, and quality teams to support overall site coordination.
- Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) requirements while working on site.
- Participate in toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings as required.
Computer Competency Requirements
- Computer literate in MS Office

Desired Experience & Qualification
Formal Qualification
- Diploma In Survey
- Proficiency in survey software and data processing tools is an advantage.
- Relevant qualification or certification in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant site-based surveying experience
