Orders Management
- Ensure orders are received in line with monthly budget targets
Turnover Growth
- Increase turnover of existing customers through upselling and cross‑selling
- Set and achieve overall revenue targets for each account
- Focus on “sell through” rather than “sell to” strategies
Product Range Expansion
- Identify opportunities to win business where customers currently favour competitors
- Strengthen relationships to ensure customer loyalty and reduce competitor influence
Customer Retention
- Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, and marketing programs
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and responses
Customer Service
- Communicate proactively about any supply chain delays
- Assist customers with tenders and quotes when required
- Provide feedback on sales performance by product category
- Keep customers updated on rebate achievements
Key Accounts Management:
Customer Feedback
- Capture and share critical market information on Skynamo to keep management informed
Independent Service Delivery
- Build trust and confidence with customers through consistent service, industry expertise, and product knowledge
- Minimize reliance on management by resolving issues directly
Complaint Resolution
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries effectively to ensure satisfaction
Tracking & Monitoring
- Manage customer expectations regarding stock and delivery
- Track customer performance by month, quarter, and year
- Identify product categories requiring special attention
Responsible for sales planning:
Product & Catalogue Training
- Develop and demonstrate specialist knowledge of Agrinet’s products as well as competitor offerings
- Identify training needs and deliver relevant sessions highlighting product benefit
Requirements
- Strong understanding of key account management and general sales principles
- Solid product knowledge across relevant categories
- Willingness to travel
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience in the retail, agricultural, or industrial sectors
