Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise an allocated client portfolio by conducting structured engagements, segmenting clients based on value and needs, and ensuring all client information is accurate, up to date, and aligned to service expectations.
- Provide holistic financial planning services across long-term insurance and investment solutions by following a structured advice process, identifying client needs, and delivering suitable, compliant recommendations to both internal and external clients.
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, proactive communication, and timely resolution of queries, while monitoring portfolio performance and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive new business opportunities and maximise shareholder value by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, expanding the client base, and delivering tailored financial solutions aligned to different life stages and client goals.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- RE5 qualification Regulatory Examination. Recognised qualification as per FSCA requirements for Life and Investment business. Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Long-Term Insurance and Investment classes of business.
