Primary purpose of the job
To lead and manage the Sales and Marketing function within the organisation by developing and maintaining sustainable customer relationships, identifying and securing business opportunities, supporting new projects and product changes, and ensuring commercially sound quotations and proposals. The role is responsible for aligning customer requirements with internal manufacturing, engineering, quality and project teams to support business growth, customer satisfaction, profitability and compliance with relevant industry standards, legislation and quality requirements.

Minimum Requirements
Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management
Previous experience in Account Management in an automotive manufacturing environment
Proven track record in project management and client growth
Flexibility and adaptability to ever changing work environment challenges
Minimum of 1 year process planning within an automotive environment
Minimum of 1 year time management and motion study
Minimum of 2 years tool and Jig manufacturing
Minimum of 1 year procurement or sales experience
Minimum of 2 years assembly and press shop environment
