Job Description
- A vibrant hospitality and lifestyle company is looking for an experienced Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator with a passion for creating engaging digital content, managing online communities, and driving brand growth across multiple platforms.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in developing creative marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives for hospitality and accommodation brands.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish high-quality social media content across multiple brands, including reels, static posts, and carousel campaigns.
- Capture and produce content for events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- Manage online communities, coordinate influencer and user-generated content collaborations, and oversee content creators.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with business objectives, menus, promotions, and brand standards.
- Support paid social campaigns by boosting content and assisting with promotional initiatives to maximize engagement and reach.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and assist with broader brand management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and community management.
- Experience creating engaging visual and video content for digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and creative skills.
