Description
- Ensure that customer requirements and expectations are adhered to.
- Ensure that vehicles are built to MAN Automotive specification.
- Manage the Quality Department at MAN Automotive – Bus Plant.
- Determine, negotiate & agree in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.
- Ensure the quality level of products in accordance with the MAN Automotive standards.
- Ensure defined quality controls line controls, incoming inspections, initial samples are performed.
- Implement supplier audits and support customer audits.
- Organise and oversee incoming parts inspection.
- Ensure that corrective action is taken and that deviations are reported.
- Create quality initiatives to optimise processes.
- Record, analyse and distribute quality related statistical information.
- Ensure supplier quality performance together with the purchasing department.
- Determine training needs of quality and production departments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
