Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver customer orders accurately and on time
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Handle cash or card payments responsibly
Ensure orders are transported safely and hygienically
Follow all road safety rules and company procedures
Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the scooter
Assist in-store when required
Qualifications and Skills
Matric / Grade 12
Valid Motorcycle License (Code A / A1)
Basic knowledge of the local area
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
