iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa's largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 40 physical and online stores across Africa, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business and Education solutions, training, and technical support for all things Apple.
Purpose of the Role
Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, compliant, and processed within required standards, manager customer tickets effectively while ensuring response and resolution targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional customer support while managing expectations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and store teams
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure favourable business outcomes
Identify potential risks and assist in implementing preventative measures
Requirements
Matric certificate or relevant tertiary qualification
Experience working with compliance and risk processes
Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
