An established financial services franchise is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial Financial Advisors across South Africa to join a growing advisory practice.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Advise clients on:
- Investments
- Life and Risk Insurance
- Group Risk Solutions
- Short-Term Insurance
- Home Loan Solutions
- Develop and manage a sustainable client portfolio.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Ensure compliance with FAIS and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

- Matric (Grade 12)
- RE5 Qualification
- COB (Class of Business) 3 & 7
- CPD requirements up to date
- Clean ITC Record

Remuneration & Benefits
Starter Allowance
To support advisors during onboarding and training:
- Guaranteed Starter Allowance of R25,000 per month for the first 2 months.
- Paid while completing onboarding, accreditation and training requirements.
- Allows advisors to focus on building their practice and completing training without immediate production pressure.
Commission Structure
- Commission-Only Position after onboarding period.
- Attractive 80/20 Commission Split.
