Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Floor Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum 3 – 4 years proven experience in retail management specifically the Spar environment.
Extensive knowledge of the Spar Sigma retail management system, coupled with strong financial acumen to effectively monitor, analyze, and optimize gross profit margins.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Passion for retail and customer satisfaction.
