WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As the Senior Sales Generator 2IC, you’ll play a critical role in the day‑to‑day success of the store by:
- Driving sales performance through customer engagement and conversion
- Acting as second‑in‑charge in the Store Manager/Supervisor’s absence
- Leading by example on the sales floor
- Coaching and motivating the team to hit daily and monthly targets
- Upholding visual merchandising and brand standards
- Assisting with stock control, shrinkage prevention, and housekeeping
- Ensuring service excellence at all times
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager/ Supervisor in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and store profitability
- Lead, motivate, and support the store team to deliver excellent customer service
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Ensure effective stock control, stock loss prevention, and merchandising standards
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Support staff training, onboarding, performance management, and discipline where required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Step into the Manager on duty MOD Manager on Duty role when required
