We’re looking for a driven Sales Consultant to grow our client base and build strong, lasting relationships.
In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive sales across our refrigeration and cold storage solutions.
Detailed overview:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial and industrial markets.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable refrigeration and cold storage solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the sales and installation process.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of service excellence.
- Develop opportunities that lead to long-term maintenance, service, and project relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the refrigeration and cold storage sectors.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
- Experience in refrigeration, cold rooms, freezer rooms, insulated panels, HVAC, construction, engineering, manufacturing, food processing, or related industries will be highly advantageous.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer
Full training.
Office based: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00
Basic Salary: R17,500
Commission Structure: 1.5% commission, effective from month 4
