The Role: Project Lead

As a key player in our Strategic Centre of Excellence, you will strategically lead programs of work. You will be responsible for complex project execution to deliver on key deliverables and objectives of the overall program.

You Bring

Base Location: You must be based in Johannesburg/Pretoria, Cape Town, or Durban.
Experience: Proven, senior experience in supply chain and operations management project leadership, with a specific focus on delivering programs which include a component of SAP delivery or enhancements.
Education: Must have a minimum of an honors degree in business, supply chain, or operations management principles.
Attributes: Must be an energetic, strategic thinker and have clear leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Strategically lead programs of work, executing complex projects to deliver on overarching program objectives.
Client Engagement: Engage customers to comprehensively understand unique business requirements.
Strategic Analysis: Conduct research to develop value-driven, sustainable solutions for identified challenges.
Facilitation: Lead strategic workshops and present solution proposals to stakeholders.
Implementation: Guide organizations to effectively adopt software infrastructure, implementing sustainable business solutions and communicating progress against key deliverables.
