Job Summary:
The Junior Talent Specialist supports the HR department in executing administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience, with a strong emphasis on administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support in Talent Acquisition:
Assist with posting job advertisements and managing applications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
Prepare recruitment documentation (e.g., interview guides, evaluation forms).
Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS).
Onboarding Administration:
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background checks.
Prepare onboarding packs and coordinate first-day logistics.
Maintain onboarding checklists and track completion.
HR Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
File and organize digital and paper HR documents.
Assist with compiling HR reports and dashboards.
Candidate Experience:
Serve as a point of contact for candidate queries during the recruitment process.
Ensure timely and professional communication with all applicants.
General HR Support:
Support HR team with ad-hoc tasks, events, and projects.
Assist in organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, and internal events.

Administrative Efficiency:
Accuracy and timeliness in scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
Maintenance of up-to-date employee and recruitment records.
Recruitment Support:
Timely execution of recruitment administrative tasks.
Quality and consistency of candidate communication.
Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Timely completion of onboarding tasks.
Completeness of new hire documentation.
HRIS & Data Management:
Accuracy of data entered into HRIS.
Timely generation of requested reports.
Team Support & Collaboration:
Responsiveness and reliability in assisting the HR team.
Contribution to team projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or studying towards).
2-3 years of administrative experience essential
2 years' experience in recruitment essential.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and HR software (HRIS, ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
