Develop and Implement Value Propositions
Lead the design, development, and in-country implementation of client value propositions (CVPs) in alignment with Group and sub-segment objectives, ensuring approved customisations and integrated marketing with Group Marketing.
Drive Client Experience and Engagement
Own and entrench a consistent, end-to-end client experience across all engagement platforms, addressing client life events and ensuring multi-product delivery through a client-centric platform.
Collaborate Across Teams for Delivery
Work closely with Client Coverage (including Advisors and Coverage Teams), Client Solutions, Digital & eCommerce, and other Segment Heads to co-create solutions, improve service efficiencies, and deliver a world-class experience that reflects the CVP promise.
Monitor Adoption and Impact of CVPs
Track and monitor CVP adoption and provide feedback to internal domains and capabilities, ensuring effective deployment, pricing coordination, rewards design, and alignment with client needs and life stages.
Enable Risk Management and Governance
Ensure full compliance with risk, governance, and regulatory standards, manage business risks, support satisfactory audit outcomes, and drive implementation of remedial actions to protect the sub-segment.
Deliver on Financial and Non-Financial Outcomes
Be accountable for the achievement of financial and non-financial metrics, including profit and client growth, ROI, NPS, and overall client experience, in collaboration with country, Segment Heads, and functional partners.
Inspire Teams and Build Capability
Inspire and lead teams aligned to the Group's shared purpose, manage CVP portfolios, identify and close skills gaps in partnership with Human Capital, and drive integrated delivery through multi-functional squads.
Oversee and Execute Entrenchment Capability within Money Management & Advisory

8-10 years
Experience in developing, designing and enabling segment value propositions. Strong understanding of digital, open banking and platform integrations. Knowledge of behavioural economics and its practical application. : Experience in managing an income statement, balance sheet, pricing strategies, risk management, people management, leading / developing teams and motivating people would be beneficial.
