Part Time E-commerce Marketing Manager - (15-20 hours per week- Remote)
* Previous e-commerce marketing experience is required for this role
Dia Creative is a fast growing marketing agency looking for an experienced e-commerce marketing manager to drive client facing meetings, manage contractor work, and develop overall client marketing strategy.
Successful candidates have previous experience working with multiple clients to develop and strategize overall marketing needs. You must have experience managing contractors (email, designers, copywriters, etc.), with a proven history of staying on budget and managing all aspects of client projects to keep on time delivery dates.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy. You will lead client marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams and freelancers. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
We are especially interested in candidates that bring ads management or CRO experience.

This is a fully remote CONTRACT hourly role.
Pay is $25-$35/hr, dependent on experience plus performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plans for a number of clients
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate sales
- Manage website builds, brand books, ads strategy etc with a collaborative team
- Manage client relationships
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns and report back to client
Qualifications
- MUST have previous agency and e-commerce experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task and manage a budget
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Be collaborative and excited to make an impact for start-ups and small to medium-sized businesses
