Consultation - Assisting with managing queries, providing information to claimants, facilitating the signing of offers from the region and attending outreach events where required. Onboarding - Registration of new claims and Verification and Validation of new claims. Merits - Assessing the nature of accidents in claims to establish the RAF's liability General office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claims administration process.
