Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing of office assisting in all administration tasks;
- Dealing with telephone calls, making and receiving;
- Co-ordination of diaries, reception of visitors;
- Information processing memoranda, routine letters, email, voice mail, internet minutes, etc;
- Filing of documentation and records;
- Serving of refreshments as required, and at events;
- Meetings and other events:
- Arrange time, date, venue, and other requirements;
- Preparing agenda, relevant documentation, and the receiving thereof;
- Organising and serving refreshments;
- Taking minutes, typing, and distribution.
Minimum Requirements
- A National Senior Certificate Matric / NCV Level 4;
- Management Assistant N6 Certificate.
