The GSS Support Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for ERP-related queries and operational support. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day system usage while supporting project setup and administrative activities across the business
Minimum Requirements
A matric qualification.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in ERP system support or general business administration in a system-driven environment is advantegous.
Duties & Responsibilities
ERP Support.
Act as the main point of contact for all ERP-related issues and user queries.
Provide first-line support and troubleshoot system-related problems.
Assist users with basic system navigation.
Project Management (Setup & Maintenance).
Create and maintain project records within the ERP system.
Implement project changes, updates, and corrections as required.
Ensure project data accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
Travel IT Administration.
Create and manage user profiles for Travel IT systems.
Set up projects within Travel IT and maintain relevant configurations.
Administer approval workflows and ensure adherence to processes.
Financial Process Support.
Assist users with expense claims and time card submissions.
Provide guidance on accurate capturing and compliance with policies.
Support queries related to claims, time booking, and approvals.
Procurement Support.
Assist with purchase order (PO) queries and issues.
General Administration.
Perform general administrative tasks related to ERP and business processes.
Maintain accurate records.
