Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers and identify vehicle requirements
Demonstrate and showcase suitable vehicles based on customer needs
Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives
Negotiate vehicle pricing, trade-ins, and finance options
Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery
Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Promote value-added products, accessories, and after-sales services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators

Strong knowledge of motor vehicles and the automotive industry
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Financial acumen and negotiation ability
Professional presentation and conduct
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to generate sales both telephonically and face-to-face
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1–5 years' experience in motor vehicle sales
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Valid driver's licence
Computer literate
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience working with VMG, Signio and/or AutoSLM will be advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
