What you will be doing:
Distribution tasks:
Distribution of all mail house items daily.
Support all mail room Distribution Activities.
Do ad hoc tasks as part of the dedicated Client Service Area.
Support Loading Bay In & Outgoing Activities.
Deliver Loading Bay items in Building.
Control Loading Bay items as requested by the client Security Rules.
Do ad hoc tasks as part of the dedicated Client Service Area.
Sorting & Handling of all Regional mail activities.
Collect the supplies of clients in the Loading Bay & Supply Stores.
Deliver all supplies in the client HO Building.

System's Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.
Logging of observations Monthly
Mailroom projects:
Assist with projects request when needed.
Do ad hoc tasks as requested via Job Cards, Clients & Team Leader.
