Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- Previous Motor Industry experience advantageous
- Basic Computer skills Office / Excel and Financial admin system
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail, exceptional administrative abilities
- Previous experience operating a switchboard
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
- Strong numerical ability and financial interest
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Clear criminal record
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective Reception/switchboard services
- Receipting of parts and workshop payments
- Capture Creditor Invoices and allocate payments
- Creditor recons
- Petty cash handling
- General departmental administrative support
