King Brands is seeking a highly organised Admin & Debtors Clerk to join our team at our Head Office in Lanseria.
(Accepting Mornings only Candidates as well)
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Accounts Manager with debtor reporting & collections administration
• Assist with debtor account administration & payment allocations
• Process customer orders, & statements
• Support customer account queries & reconciliations
• Maintain CRM & customer database information
• Assist with general office admin, quoting & filing
• Support payroll, attendance & reporting
• Manage incoming emails & customer communications
• Assist with supplier & account administration
Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Qualification in Finance, Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Administration is advantageous
• Previous debtors, bookkeeping, accounts, or administration experience preferred
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
• Experience with Sage, Zoho Books, or similar accounting systems advantageous
Basic Requirements
• Own reliable transport
• Valid Driver's License
• Must commute daily to Lanseria
• South African Citizen or valid work permit
