Minimum Requirements:
A relevant Masters degree and registered for a Doctoral degree
At least 1 years' experience in higher education or qualification/courses in higher education teaching and learning
Undergraduate teaching experience in Management / Business Management or related fields
Research publications or successful supervision or successful research grant funding.

Duties:
Participate in research; curriculum design, development, and implementation
Teach undergraduate (and postgraduate) modules
Meet research publication requirements for academic rank of lecturer level
Supervise students (Honours/Masters research)
Secure research grants
Participate in networking and collaborations in research and/or teaching
Participate in mentorship programmes
Participate in community engagement integrated with teaching or research
Participate in administrative duties in the department
