Duties & Responsibilities
Take full responsibility and accountability for the segment in all aspects including but not limited to:
Regional Team management, support, development and leadership
Maintaining a high-quality standard in all deliverables in line with specific SLA's and Company`s regional strategy, goals in support of the Divisional goals and strategy.
Responsible to manage client relations, perform site visits, etc
Build and cultivate the Company` s culture in line with Tsebo Group Values
Ensure sites are managed according to budgeted costings and growth targets
Ensure the region operates within the budgetary guidelines with reference to labour, capital asset depreciation and maintenance and any other expenses
Ensure that all Occupational Health and Safety requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements
To constantly be aware of current trends and innovation in the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented in the business.

5+ years of experience in catering operations management, preferably in the automotive or business and industry sectors.
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Strong business acumen, with a focus on cost management, profitability, and business development.
Culinary expertise, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
