Purpose of Position:
To ensure timeous completion of administrative training function to support the facilitation, assessment and coordination of Ampath Medical Technology learners.
Requirements:
Certificate: Office Administration, Grade 12
Required Experience:
Experience in pathology laboratory environment, General administration experience, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate venue bookings, stock control, program bookings, learner registration s and fee payments, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Perform administrative tasks relating to CPD, TMIS input of learner results, attendance and scripts, printing of forms and learning material and publication of past exam papers
