Position Information
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of global or worldwide (?) brand initiatives across key product categories and the 360 development. This individual will play a critical role in driving brand equity, managing product lifecycles, collaborating cross-functionally for the 360 activation, and analyzing market and consumer trends to grow brand awareness and market share in conjunction with the markets.
Position Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Support the Vice President Marketing in developing and executing annual brand plans, including go-to-market strategies, promotional calendars, and innovation roadmaps.
- Lead the global execution of 360° marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, influencer, PR, etc.) in partnership with cross-functional teams based on market insights.
- Partner with product development and R&D to support product launches from concept through commercialization.
Business & Market Analysis
- Monitor brand performance using tools like Nielsen, NPD, or internal dashboards; analyze sales trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights and trends in collaboration with markets.
- Conduct post-launch analyses and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Track and report on KPIs such as sales growth, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
Project Management
- Own timelines and deliverables for brand campaigns, seasonal activations, and innovation projects.
- Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Sales, PR, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment across touchpoints.
- Liaise with external agencies (creative, media, research) to manage brand assets and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Budgeting & Financial Management
- Assist with budget planning and tracking for brand marketing initiatives.
- Partner with finance to evaluate ROI and manage invoice processing and vendor contracts.
Consumer & Trend Insights
- Stay informed on beauty industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitive audits and assist in consumer research initiatives to inform positioning and product strategy.
Position Qualifications
- 3–5 years of brand marketing or product marketing experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and launching products or campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and consumer-driven storytelling.
