Responsibilities:
- Participate in the definition, implementation and promotion of the Digital Business Development requirements and innovations In order to facilitate Digital Business growth
- Promote and monitor institutional business across FX and Fixed Income products in 3rd party digital channels
- Represent GSS in NY in the definition and implementation of the different global Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Workstream initiatives
- Assist in defining eCommerce strategy and working plan to meet internal and external customer needs
- Interact with clients and attend visits with other GM areas, reinforcing BBVA relationships
- Participate in the definition and development of Business Intelligence framework for Sales in Global markets and also regularly elaborate and distribute periodic and ad-hoc reports based on client electronic activity
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other business related majors
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, Spanish preferred but not required
- 1 – 3 years of experience with Global Market products: Fixed Income securities, Derivatives, FX
- Experience or knowledge of 3 rd party electronic platforms: MarketAxess, Tradeweb, Bloomberg, FXAll, BidFx, Portware, 360T, others
- SIE and Series 7 license required (or willing to obtain within 6 months)

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
