Sales Assistant - Calvin Klein, Donna Karan

Key Accountabilities:
- Account Assistance: Manage administrative tasks for the department including updating account lists, updating account profiles, assisting with maintenance of the PO log, maintaining the wholesale event calendar.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the account management team on all in-store event planning, goal setting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate planning of NY markets.
- Maintain and monitor selling reports for all major accounts.
- Maintain seasonal order confirmations and ensure weekly shipping updates are delivered promptly.
- Check vendor orders for accuracy and assist in order processing, EDI/order confirmation process, and shipment tracking.
- Sample Management: Manage advertisement samples and showroom samples.
- Track sample requests for special events and advertising.
- Maintain showroom.
- Logistics: Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure consistent communication with clients on order processing and shipping needs are being met.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or equivalent background in fashion
- 1-2 years of fashion industry experience
- Strong Excel skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools (or quick to learn new systems)
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Eager to learn from the ground up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools (or quick to learn new systems)
The pay range for this position is: $55,000 per year (Annualized salary is based on a 40 hour work week) - $65,000 per year (Annualized salary is based on a 40 hour work week)
