The MEP Coordinator will manage all marketing programs/priorities of the Chief Marketing Officer. Including but not limited to: strategic initiatives, new product launches, market-specific strategies, activations, fashion shows, in-store retail events, VIC dinners, partnership conversations and major brand beats. This individual will play a critical role in executing the strategies responsible for the growth and visibility of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Program Project Management:
· Manage internal workflows, outside vendors/partners and all stakeholders
· Push forward timelines, next steps and manage project progress
· Manage internal events and project calendar
Event Planning & Execution:
· Lead the development and execution of all brand events, including fashion shows, product launches, retail experiences, and large-scale brand marketing moments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, retail, wholesale and sales) to ensure cohesive event execution aligned with overall brand objectives.
· Oversee event logistics, production, and on-site management to ensure smooth execution.
· Curate unforgettable experiences for key stakeholders including influencers, celebrities, media, and VIP clients.
Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships:
· Help move forward and execute new and existing brand partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brand’s vision and market positioning.
· Manage execution of all partnership and sponsorship activations, ensuring that all deliverables and expectations are met.
Retail & In-Store Experiences:
· Support execution of retail events and in-store activations to enhance customer engagement and drive foot traffic.
· Collaborate with retail teams to ensure events align with brand identity and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
· Support seasonal in-store moments that support product launches and create buzz around the brand.
Brand Awareness & Strategy:
· Cultural calendar and Event Strategy: where are we showing up? How and why? Identify marketplace white spaces and opportunities.
· Work closely with the marketing team to create innovative, strategic, and cohesive events that drive brand awareness, VIC loyalty and new customer acquisition
· Measure the success of events through KPIs, including attendance, media coverage, and customer engagement, and provide post-event reports and insights
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in project management, support and event planning
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
· Creative thinker with a passion for delivering unique, immersive brand experiences
· Knowledge of current trends in fashion, marketing, retail, and experiential marketing
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· A deep understanding of the luxury landscape
